Catala Working Group Translations

In addition to Prof. Levasseur's and Prof. Gruning's English translation of the proposal for the reform of the French Law of Obligations and the Law of Prescription sponsored by the Association Henri Capitant, which I reported in this blog on 24 March, the Catala Group has also published another translation by Prof. John Cartwright and Prof. Simon Whittaker, both from the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford, which is available here.
